Default WestCoaster Daze White Rock B.C.

Some pics from the Westcoasters car show in White Rock BC, about 400 cars, some of the ones that caught my eye... Doesn't show too good in the pic of the flock of WWII flatfender Jeeps, those guys had some amazing gear to go with them, 3 also had the dual rear tires, a field modification for the desert.

Some more, the big 'ol Buick looked like a nice stocker until you looked under the hood to see the 455 Buick mill. Loved the Scot blown flattie in the black and burgundy 36 roadster

Don't give up, it's far too much fun once you can drive it.

I went to that show once. It's cool to see all the cars there we don't get to see. This year, I recognize a bunch of stuff from Deuce days.

When you don't know what you're doing, it's best to do it quickly.

And when I’m gone, you can call me foolish but hopefully not boring. I will have lived.

The more I learn about women, the more I like my car.

White Rock is my home town and the show is put on by a good friend that I went to school with, so it's great to go to the 'ol stompin' grounds, reconnect with old friends, have some fish 'n chips and stroll on the beach. Of course like many small seaside towns, it's changed radically, condos, pay parking, few of the old houses left, and throngs of tourists. Oh well, the memories are still there....
